What is a Balanced Diet?

To understand a balanced diet/ meal let me tell you a personal story.

The story begins with the three most addictive substances known to man  –

  2. Fat
  3. Salt

A typical happy meal is a Burger (fat), A drink (Sugar) and Fries (salt). These 3 are addictive because, during our evolution, these 3 were the rarest to find in nature.
